Ohio Gus is licensed with the ATF to sell suppressors and SBR (short-barrel rifles). We have direct factory relationships with several manufacturers and can order most others from out distributors.
In mid-2024, the ATF modified their procedures significantly. This had a huge impact on the time to secure approval. For most individuals, it has gone from several months to a few days. Basically, if you get approved instantly in a firearms purchase on a Form 4473 through a dealer, you'll get a quick approval from for the NFA Stamp. We can assist those who normally get delays to secure the ATF UPIN number which will assist in avoiding delayed transactions.
Total, total, out the door with the NFA $200 tax stamp: Figure under $600 for rimfire; under $800 for handgun; under $1,100 for rifle. Maybe a few hundred dollars more for titanium or additional features.
Much simpler than it sounds. We take your fingerprints on a card and have those digitized into the FBI format. We only need to do that one time and keep that digital file on hand for future submissions. We do the same for the photo. Then we guide you through setting up your ATF Eforms account. The submission then takes only a few minutes online.

Innovative Arms has a solid line up of suppressors and outstanding customer service. Lead time varies but is typically less than a month. We have several of these on hand and ready for submission.
Elite Iron has an excellent selection. Many of their products are available in titanium for weight savings. Their lead time is typically just a couple weeks. We have several of their products on hand.
Yankee Hill Machine also has a wide selection. We have many of their suppressors on hand and on order. Their lead time is typically longer than the others. We can also secure on hand suppressors from our distributors.
CMMG is one of our vendors with a wide variety of products, including suppressors.
GSL has a range of suppressors but has a nice selection of very small suppressors; such as one for the 32ACP Tomcat.
